Accountability and transparency see...Great stuff G,<br />Accountability and transparency seem like they go hand in glove with the transmedia model. <br /><br />I read somewhere recently that 2010 will be the year that brands can run, but can't hide. It is particularly true in this case. I think any framework that lends the consumer insight into what was previously a boys only club is a good thing.<br /><br />I guess the real question is where does the impetus come to keep these sorts of institutions accountable?
